Asset management enables an organization to realize value from assets in the achievement of its organizational objectives. What constitutes value will depend on these objectives, the nature and purpose of the organization and the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. Such benefits may include improved financial performance, informed asset investment decisions, and managed risks, to mention a few.

This 2-day program is designed for the participants to gain a thorough understanding of Asset Management practices based on the Management system requirements of ISO 55001. Under this session, practice sessions and a discussion on common challenges encountered during implementation will be engaged in order to meet the essence of learning the technique.
