This 5 day combined course include 2 days training on Six Sigma Yellow Belt and 3 days training in Six Sigma Green Belt. Applicants are not required to take the Six Sigma Yellow Belt exam, and a package discount is offered to applicants who enroll this combined course.

DMAIC methodology is used to maximize cost savings using Statistical Process Control.

The DMAIC (D-Define, M-Measure, A-Analyze, I- Identify, C-Control) methodology is presented with case studies and examples drawn from business processes.
